Vietnam is advancing significant reforms to guide its clean energy transition and strengthen power sector planning. P4I’s support through the Future of Electricity Vietnam initiative informed the development of the Electricity Law and Power Development Plan VIII, enabling expanded renewable energy capacity and household rooftop solar. The cooperation extends to maritime decarbonisation and undersea cable resilience to support Vietnam’s broader transition goals.
