In Laos, P4I’s efforts focus on enhancing the institutions and frameworks that guide transport and energy development, co-developing Laos’ first Multimodal Transport Strategy to improve planning, coordination and project prioritisation across the national transport network. P4I is now supporting broader financing strategies for its implementation and assisting with the establishment of Laos’ first national energy regulator to improve sector governance and investment readiness.
